职位搜索引擎Indeed:新加坡职位与人才不匹配情况4年间减少了8%
(2019年9月20日,/HRoot.com/)近日,据领先的职位搜索引擎Indeed数据显示,在新加坡,职位要求与求职者之间的差距从2015年1月的44%下降至2019年5月的36%。
Indeed的数据显示,目前新加坡的人才短缺问题仍然存在,尤其是软件工程师、软件架构师、全栈开发人员和数据科学家等技术人才。这些岗位的招聘广告越来越多。
Indeed表示,当前人才短缺最严重的岗位是软件工程师。

Indeed’s data found that talent shortages in Singapore still exist, particularly for technology roles such as software engineer, software architect, full-stack developer, and data scientist. These roles are seeing an increase in job ads from companies.
The role with the greatest talent shortage was software engineer, according to Indeed.
“Mismatch in Singapore has gradually declined over the past four years,” Callam Pickering, economist at Indeed, said. “Today around 36% of jobseekers would need different job titles on their resumes in order to have the same distribution as job postings. That’s down from around 44% of jobseekers four years ago. Indeed data reveals a dynamic jobs market in Singapore. The island nation is positioning itself as a technology hub, which is readily observable in our data.”
Pickering told Tech Wire Asia that the decreasing mismatch “indicates that the job market in Singapore has adjusted to the needs of businesses and more talent is available with the right skills.”
