第二届"一带一路"高峰论坛宣传短片《一带一路：仅仅是开始》

4月25日至27日，第二届“一带一路”国际合作高峰论坛在京举行。

解读中国工作室、侠客岛联合策划推出第二届“一带一路”国际合作高峰论坛宣传短片《一带一路：仅仅是开始》。

短片将镜头转向参会海外企业家和学者，听听他们如何评价“一带一路”倡议。

“一带一路”倡议在西方国家面临一些质疑的声音，却受到海外企业家的普遍欢迎。Xcoal 高级副总裁曼纽尔·瑞查这样认为：

“一带一路”倡议源于中国，在美国“一带一路”倡议的实施方式受到一些批评。但作为普通公民，我支持以这种方式实施“一带一路”。有许多国家欢迎“一带一路”倡议，这其中一定有着重要原因。我尊重意大利政府加入“一带一路”的决定，意大利宣布加入“一带一路”，这符合意大利各方的利益。

The Belt and Road Initiative is a Chinese initiative，In the United States, there have been some criticisms of the way it's presented, and the way it's simply my certainly do as a private citizen. That many countries welcome the Belt and Road Initiative, so there must be strong reasons. and I respect the strong reasons of the government to Italy to have reached this conclusion, that it's in their benefit to have done what they just did, and what was just announced.

在国际关系与可持续发展中心主任耶雷米奇看来，“一带一路”倡议迄今为止取得的成就，仅仅是个开始。

这仅仅是个开始，我认为会有更多的国家加入“一带一路”，“一带一路”是当今世界乃至人类经济发展史中最重要的倡议之一。

It is just a beginning. I think that more countries are going to join development road. This is one of the most important economic initiatives and economic history of mankind.

除了经济方面的合作之外，“一带一路”倡议更是为其他全球性议题的解决提供了新思路。

我认为中国在国际合作协议的深化上有显著优势，合作质量及全球议题的贡献将得以提高，这些议题包括气候变化和可持续性发展等。

I think the upside of all these cooperation agreements is that by China partly with international partners. As it engages aboard, that the quality of that engagement, and its contribution to global agenda like the climate change agenda, and the sustainable development goals will be enhanced.

对于那些对“一带一路”仍持怀疑态度的国家，新加坡国立大学教授郑永年的看法是，时间将给出答案。

中国应抱有开放心态，有人喜欢，就必有人怀疑。但要给人们时间慢慢思考，我坚信只要中国坚持开放就一定会获得成功。中国将用经济的发展回应一切质疑，“一带一路”是中国为世界带来的重要国际合作模式。

I think China should be so open-minded, and somepeople like some people are suspicious you. Just let people to have more time to think about it, to think slow. As long as open follow I think it would be successful. China doesn't have an agenda but to promote economy. One belt and one road is a sort of very important international probability China provided for the world.

关于“一带一路”的未来，思特集团董事长毕倪有自己的看法：

人们对“一带一路”倡议十分感兴趣，倡议本身也在不断发展。随着“一带一路”倡议的实施，它将不断完善发展，这将在未来进一步得到提高。

The one belt one road policy was very interesting and it needed to evolve. It’s a continual evolution and development of this policy as it comes into practice, and it will continue to improve and become even more effective over the coming years.

正如他们所言，“一带一路”，仅仅是一个开始，未来将无限可能。
