世行全球运营总部正式在泰国落地运营

经过两个多月的紧张筹备，世行全球运营总部正式在泰国落地运营。这是世行新加坡技术总部以外，世行全球最高级别的运营中心。此前世行在马来西亚槟城，越南胡志明市都设有办事处。未来位于泰国的世行全球运营中心将由世行CEO约翰·张伯伦（John Chamberlain）直接领导，由西蒙·加迪尔（Simon Gadir）博士担任全球CMO。此外中币前海外事业部负责人JIA XIANG（Leonardo）ZHE YU（Tommy）以及火币前泰国联络事务部负责人KATE也将加盟世行在泰国的全球运营中心，为世行的国际业务拓展增加强有力的助推力。

此外，位于台北的世行大中华区运营中心也将于未来两至三周投入使用，该运营中心由世行高级副总裁Helpho Li领导，负责大中华区相关业务。同时，世行台北运营中心正式向全球招聘商务和运营经理，有意者可将简历发送至世行官方联络邮箱。

约翰·张伯伦（CEO）

约翰·张伯伦（John Chamberlain）是一名区块链信息技术专家和顾问，他与他人共同创建了一个培训和业务解决方案中心，专注于IT教育，认证和旧版IT系统的更新换代。

John在2011年发现了比特币后，开始涉足基于区块链的业务开发。他曾从事加密货币合资企业以及令牌化系统和智能合约的开发。

在2017年9月，John被介绍给EOS平台，并立即能够与该技术的潜力相关联。到11月，他已经在泰国（EOS曼谷）成立了一个EOS社区聚会小组，并与专注于EOS.IO软件的更广泛的加密社区进行了接触。这导致他和EOS Bangkok开发人员团队参加了香港首届EO.IO Hackathon，EOS.IO开发人员的研讨会，并就使用EOSIO区块链平台向多家公司和启动项目提供建议。

2018年EOS 成为率先上市在泰国的合规区块链交易所，并具有参与者成长的社区。通过作为EOS曼谷节点的创始人约翰的参与起到了很大作用。

2019年新加坡加入世行基金会并担任CEO,2019年在新加坡成立世行交易所WBEX。

西蒙·加迪尔（MA），博士(CMO）

Simon Gadir在澳大利亚，亚洲和美国开发与技术相关的项目方面拥有30年的经验。最近，他担任电影投资公司Xeitgeist Entertainment Group Pte Ltd Singapore的集团总经理兼战略顾问。

政治方面，他曾担任澳大利亚维多利亚州总理的研究官员。在他广泛的政治和媒体研究中，他分析了澳大利亚的政治运动，并从麦格理大学获得了媒体议程设置博士学位。在耶路撒冷希伯来大学学习社会心理学和国际关系。他还曾在麦格理大学（Macquarie University）教授媒体和政治传播。

他曾担任澳大利亚最大的多元化电影院放映和发行公司Village Roadshow的业务发展经理。他被认为是澳大利亚PayTV的先驱者之一，后来成为UCOM的总监，该公司是澳大利亚首批卫星PayTV许可证的成功竞标者。

他以顾问身份参与了位于英国的区块链项目GoViddo，这是一家视频流媒体企业，旨在彻底改变娱乐行业的观众体验。

John Chamberlain（CEO）

John Chamberlain is an information technologist and consultant.He co-founded a training and business solutions centre focused on IT education, certification and the transformation of legacy IT systems.

Having discovered Bitcoin in 2011, John became involved in blockchain-based business development. He has worked on cryptocurrency joint ventures, and the development of tokenization systems and smart contracts.

In September 2017 John was introduced to EOS platforms, and was instantly able to relate to the technology’s potential. By November he had formed an EOS community meet-up group in Thailand (EOS Bangkok) , and engaged with the wider crypto community focusing on EOSIO software. This led him and a team of EOS Bangkok developers to participation in the first EOSIO Hackathon in Hong Kong, EOSIO developers’ workshops and advising a number of companies and start-up projects on the use of EOSIO blockchain platforms.

Largely through John’s involvement as the founder of EOS Bangkok, EOS became listed on the leading licensed cryptocurrency exchange in Thailand and has a growing community of participants.

He was founded of ShiHang foundation in Singapore at the end of 2018 and served as CEO. Wbex was established in Singapore in 2019.

Simon Gadir, MA, PhD（CMO）

Simon Gadir has 30 years of experience developing technology-related projects in Australia, Asia and the United States. Most recently he was Group General Manager and Strategic Adviser for film investment company Xeitgeist Entertainment Group Pte Ltd Singapore.

In politics, he was a research officer for the Premier of the State of Victoria, Australia. In his extensive political and media research he analysed political campaigns in Australia and received his PhD from Macquarie University on media agenda-setting. Studied Social Psychology and International Relations at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He has also taught Media and Political Communications at Macquarie University.

He was Business Development Manager for Village Roadshow, Australia’s largest diversified cinema exhibition and distribution company. Considered one of the pioneers of PayTV in Australia, he was later a Director of UCOM, the successful bidder for Australia's first Satellite PayTV licences.

He has been involved as a consultant to the UK based Blockchain project GoViddo, a video-streaming venture which aims at revolutionising the audience experience in the entertainment industry.

He was co-founded of ShiHang foundation in Singapore at the end of 2018 and served as CMO.
