滨江青少年宫游泳馆

Binjiang Children's Palace

There is a 50-meter standard swimming pool and a children's pool.

馆内设有50米标准泳池和儿童戏水池。

The standard swimming pool is divided into deep area and shallow area. The deep area is 1.5m deep and has two fast and slow lanes.

标准泳池划分为深水区和浅水区，深水区水深1.5m，具备快、慢速泳道各2道。

The shallow area is 0.8m to 1.1m in depth, which is suitable for beginners.

浅水区水深0.8m—1.1m，满足戏水者与初学者使用。

The water depth of children's pool is 0.6-0.7m, which is specially built for teenagers and children to play and take lessons.

儿童戏水池水深0.6-0.7m，专门为青少年儿童快速掌握游泳技能、游玩嬉水而建。

The pool is also equipped with body washing and foot disinfection facilities(reduce sweat and fungus to ensure water health)

It is a professional swimming hall which is large enough for 8-way 25-meter international standard short pool. It can meet the requirements of professional swimming.

专业的游泳馆，场地很大，馆内有1个8道25米的国际标准短池。完全能满足专业级的游泳需求。

The swimming pool is divided into a 2.2m deep area and a 1.2m deep shallow area by a fence which can promise the safety.

泳池分为2.2米深水区和1.2米浅水区，中间有挡板隔开，保证安全。

In terms of safety, 7 lifeguards will be on duty at the same time to ensure safety.

在安全上，也必须是有保障的，每个游泳场次必须有7名救生员在场值班，随时提防着意外发生。

In addition to the complete equipment, the swimming hall also provides private training class. And there are special swimming training classes in summer holiday, which can help children take advantage of the summer holiday to get new skills!

除了齐全的硬件，体育中心还常年提供游泳私教培训。暑假到了，还会推出暑期游泳培训班。让小朋友们可以更好利用暑假get新技能！

On the other side of the hall, there is a children's pool. The water is about 1m deep and it opens in summer only.

目前，专门给小朋友玩耍的儿童戏水池也已开放，这里的水深1米左右。

Xin Yada

The Xinyada swimming pool, located on the riverside of the Qiantang River, sits on a five-story roof. It is as large as a third of a football field.

钱塘江畔的信雅达泳池，坐落于五层楼高的屋顶上，泳池有三分之一的足球场那么大。

On a summer evening, swimming in the pool and enjoying the breeze on the roof, watching the ferries on the Qiantang River go to and from, it will be awesome to end a busy day in this way.

夏日的傍晚，泡在屋顶的泳池里吹着江风，看着钱塘江上往来的渡船~

The pool is 1.5 meters deep and children need to be careful. It implements 24-hour cycle filtration and professional cleaning and disinfection. 2 lifeguards will be on duty at the same time to ensure safety.

泳池统一深度1.5米，对小朋友来说需要小心。泳池对水质进行实时监测，保证水质。同时，配备两名救生员保证泳池的安全。

The swimming pool was newly opened in March this year. It has a standard swimming pool of 15m×25m with 6 lanes. The deep area is 1.6m, and shallow area is 1.2m.

云鲤酒店泳池于今年3月新开，15m×25m标准游泳池，设有6泳道.深浅水分区，深水区为1.6m，浅水区为1.2m。

The pool water adopts the international advanced circulation filtration and the disinfection system to keep water clean. The water temperature stays at 26-28 degrees all year round, and the room temperature is 28-30 degrees.

池水采用国际先进循环过滤和消毒系统，隔天就会进行水池全面清理。水温常年保持在26-28度，室温28-30度。

And there are experienced professional coaches providing on-site teaching.

游泳馆内聘请了经验丰富的专业教练进行现场教学。

游泳小贴士

01

不带病游泳。凡患心脏病、活动性肺结核、中耳炎的人不宜游泳，患传染性皮肤病的，治愈前不要去公共场所游泳。

下水前适度活动。游泳前不宜吃得太饱，下水前要先在做些准备活动，以免突然剧烈活动导致肌肉受伤或发生其他意外。

03

入池前先淋浴。游泳前自觉如厕、冲淋、通过浸脚消毒池后才进入泳池游泳，游泳时戴好泳帽。

04

做好眼耳防护。最好佩戴泳镜，或用具有杀菌效果的眼药水滴眼。建议游泳前后清洁外耳道，或佩戴专用耳塞。

05

勿租用公共游泳衣裤。游泳使用的毛巾、拖鞋等不要与他人混用，避免交叉感染。

06

及时补充水分。游泳后，及时淋浴、漱口、刷牙，注意补充水分，有利于病原微生物的清除和排出。
