上海素凯泰酒店东南亚餐厅URBAN Café推出新菜单，增添丰富美味

今夏，在上海素凯泰酒店屡获殊荣的东南亚餐厅URBAN Café 推出全新菜单，增添多种开胃风味的东南亚美食，感受多种香料及辛辣酸甜的丰富层次，在湿热黏腻的天气中也能胃口大开。

Starting from July, URBAN Café, the award-winning Southeast Asian restaurant in The Sukhothai Shanghai, is launching a new menu with more appetising Southeast Asian dishes that will beat the heat and humidity away.

此次推出的新菜单融合了更多东南亚风味，加入了许多道海鲜为主的菜品，比如酥香的软壳蟹三明治配咖喱蛋黄酱、爽口的生蚝炒蛋配豆芽、酱汁浓郁的新加坡辣椒虾等等，琳琅满目的丰富选择将再次让饕客们尽情尝鲜。向来受欢迎的菠萝炒饭，大虾，腰果配肉松，酸甜的味道与各种香料之间交错，口感丰富满足。

This menu presents a great complexity of flavours, featuring the a selection of seafood dishes, including soft shell crab sandwich, curry mayonnaise, shredded salad and stir fried oyster omelette, bean sprouts . The red chilli prawns has robust gravy that is eggy, sweet, and savoury, which goes perfectly with the deep fried buns. Another new popular dish is pineapple fried rice, prawns, cashew nuts, pork floss , which has the perfect balance between the lovely sweet and sour flavour of pineapple and the combination of the spices.

新菜单也保留了经典的人气菜品，如酸辣的青木瓜沙拉、鲜味十足的冬阴功海鲜汤、香气四溢的沙爹鸡肉和牛肉串、浓郁软嫩的仁当牛肉、传统泰式炒米粉等等。 传统泰式炒米粉搭配的明虾，也能加价升级为波士顿龙虾，享受不同口感的鲜甜滋味。

Guest will find the familiar favourites such as spicy green papaya salad, dried shrimps, peanuts, grilled free range chicken, steamed coconut rice, spicy and aromatic tom yum seafood soup, the perfectly grilled barbecue beef and chicken satay skewers, the rich and tender beef rendang, and the flavourful pad Thai – stir fried rice noodles, tamarind sauce, prawns bean sprouts, flat chives. For those looking for something indulgent, there is option to upgrade the pad Thai with fresh Boston lobster.

最后，东南亚甜品中的经典不败芒果椰浆饭，冰凉过瘾的椰子冰淇淋、芝麻冰淇淋，或是甜而不腻的红豆抹茶千层，让味觉及身心都获得满足。

To end the meal sweetly, mango sticky rice , coconut ice cream , black sesame ice cream with rice krispies , or matcha layer cake, red bean ice cream will help to ease the flames of spice and get your palate pampered.

自2020年7月6日至10月10日止，于URBAN Café用餐年满18岁的客人都将获得一杯Noveltea风味茶酒作为欢迎饮品。

Starting from 6 July until 10 October 2020, guests above 18 years old will be offered a complimentary welcome drink of alcohol-tea infused Noveltea when dining at URBAN Café.

餐厅分享菜式专为食客共享而设计，可选择任选三道式人民币238元，任选五道式人民币358元，任选七道式人民币458元，所有价格需加收10%服务费及及在上述价格与服务费总额上计征的6%增值税。

Designed for sharing, guests can select any three dishes at RMB238, any five dishes at RMB358, any seven dishes at RMB458 from the menu. All prices are subject to 10% service charge and prevailing value-added tax at 6.6%
