护理学SCI论文高速增长，发文最多的杂志，是哪些？

原以为护理学方面的SCI论文不会太多，大数据分析结果出乎意料：

1，护理方面的SCI论文高速增长，中国尤快；

2，护理学有独有的临床科研和SCI论文发表策略；

3，发表护理论文最多的杂志，谁也猜不到。

我们通过大数据分析，筛选出护理学最多的发表期刊、研究热点、最活跃的研究者；以及最关键的：极具借鉴价值的临床科研策略。

1，护理学论文概况

护理学领域已经发表了231,478篇Medline收录文献。

2011年，仅有7,776篇论文；到2020年目前，就已经达到32,223篇论文。十年翻4.1倍。

我们对其中最新发表的10,995篇论文进行大数据分析。

根据护理学领域2020年发文总量，下面针护理学的数据大都是今年最近半年论文分析结果。

国家分布可以看到，美国发表论文数最多，为3,648篇；中国发表的研究论文数量为1,684篇，占16.8%，排在第二位。澳大利亚、伊朗和西班牙分列第三到五位。

研究发表在哪些杂志？

发表护理学相关研究最多的五个杂志是Int J Environ Res Public Health, PLoS One, J Adv Nurs, BMJ Open, JBI Evid Synth等。

令人惊讶的是，第一个期刊竟然和康复科发表论文最多的期刊一样，都是Int J Environ Res Public Health。检索显示，这是MDPI旗下的期刊，2019年影响因子是2.849。秉持MDPI的风格：高版面费、但是审稿快（平均15.3天发回一审结果）和发表快（从接受到发表只需2.9天）。与护理学相关的收稿领域是公共卫生、环境工程、健康经济学和卫生研究、慢病和促进健康（有专题，发表了2637篇论文）、运动与健康（有专题，发表了243篇论文）。

您在选刊投稿时可以从中选择期刊名中Nursing的期刊或者综合期刊。杂志后面附有影响因子，参考这个排名及影响因子，对于投稿有非常强的参考价值。

需要注意的是，IF=-1的标记意味着该期刊尽管被Medline数据库收录，但不是SCI收录期刊；尤其是其中的很多是掠夺性期刊，所以投稿时要特别小心。

护理学研究的主要基因包括APP, SET, PREP, IV, BDNF等；护理、糖尿病、精神卫生、抑郁和应激等是与护理学研究最关注的五种关键词。

很多同仁在找研究生导师、或者找访问学者导师，学术上活跃的学者总是最优先的选择。

包括：耶鲁大学全球卫生研究所的Omer, Saad B；美国宾州Drexel大学护理和卫生专业学院的Clegg, Deborah J；美国Emory大学Nell Hodgson Wooddruff护理学院的McCauley, Linda；美国Emory大学Nell Hodgson Wooddruff护理学院的Ramos, Kenneth；美国密歇根大学护理学院的McCabe, Sean Esteban等。

2，领域内的重要论文

从下图可以看出护理学领域经典论文的分布。

在发表的高质量论文中，集中发表在Lancet及其子刊等医学顶刊，主要是临床指南和重要的综述。

3，中国发表的SCI论文

单独查中国护理学发表的论文时发现，中国已经发表了13,647篇Medline收录的论文，并且发文数量从2011年的198篇增长到2020年的3,741篇

中国疼痛论文10年增长了18.9倍，显示了中国护理学临床科研的快速进步。

4，对临床科研的启发

大数据分析除了科研找到护理学研究发表的期刊之外，还可以找到临床科研做得最好的临床科研学者/医生，他们论文中展示的思路对于我们做临床科研有非常大的启发。

尤其是对于护理学的研究，我们可以看到，几位学者，在短短的半年时间里发表了十几篇SCI论文，强烈提示发表护理学论文的套路。

所以，我们分享两位学者的研究思路。

1，新加坡Alice Lee Centre for Nursing Studies, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore的Wang, Wenru。

在半年时间内，Wang W等发表了10篇论文。并且都是不错的临床论文，所以分享给大家。

总结这些研究，既有肥胖与抑郁之间关联的meta分析，也有中药和太极等对疾病的辅助治疗，以及慢病（如糖尿病、癌症、心脏病）等慢病护理和管理，更有针对护士职业倦怠的研究。

对于护理学，各类慢病护理、心理干预等是很值得借鉴的临床研究思路。

2，同属新加坡Alice Lee Centre for Nursing Studies, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore的Shefaly Shorey。在半年左右发表了12篇SCI论文。

Shorey的研究思路更是极为清晰，主要集中在母婴领域，如初产妇的分娩、脑瘫儿童父母的护理需求，以及护士应对临床实践的研究（如患儿病死），另外也有虚拟现实在护理培训中的作用等。

在高质量研究中，我们看到比较多的虚拟现实提供护理培训、远程心理干预、及精神障碍的虚拟护理研究等应用新科技改善传统护理方式的研究；对于这些新的领域、尤其是交叉学科，也是科技部对临床科研的支持重点。
