卢泽鸿，广东揭阳人。现为中国文化艺术人才库入库艺术家、中国非物质文化遗产传承人、中国工业合作协会国策智库专家委员会书画艺术专家、国家一级美术师。

Zehong Lu comes from Jieyang, Guangdong province. He is currently an artist in the Chinese Culture and Art Talents Bank, a successor of China's intangible cultural heritage, an expert in painting and calligraphy of the National Policy Think Tank Committee of the China Industrial Cooperation Association, and an national artist.

Zehong Lu is an art consultant of Hong Kong Literature and Art Federation, director and a consultant of Hong Kong Artists Association, a member of Beijing Huaxia Wanlihang Calligrapher and Painter Association, an specially invited artist of Chinese Painting Academy in Sydney, Australia, a researcher of New Silk Road International Academy of Calligraphy and Painting in Hungary, a painter of Chinese Southern Academy of Calligraphy and Painting and a member of Shandong Association of Collectors.

2005年书法作品荣获首届全国新闻届书法大展三等奖，在北京中国军事博物馆首展，广州巡回展出并结集出版。

In 2005, his calligraphy works won the third prize of the first National Calligraphy Exhibition in Press. They were exhibited in China Military Museum in Beijing and then Guangzhou and collected for publication.

2010年应邀参加《梅州日报》创刊43周年、《阳江日报》创刊30周年、《廊坊日报》创刊60周年祝贺书画作品展并发表在其报纸上。

In 2010, he was invited to attend the works exhibitions for the 43rd anniversary of Meizhou Daily, the 30th anniversary of Yangjiang Daily and the 60th anniversary of Langfang Daily, which were published in these newspapers.

In 2011, his works and biography were included in "The Great View of Chinese Contemporary Celebrities in Calligraphy and Painting" and "Collection of Chinese Photographers" published by People's Fine Arts Publishing House.

In March 2015, his works "Litchi" and "Orchid" were exhibited in the Calligraphy and Painting Art Exchange Exhibition in Japan.

2015年5月在"为劳动之美点赞·为幸福揭阳奉献″揭阳市首届职工文化创建系列活动摄影作品比赛中荣获一等奖。

In May 2015, he won the first prize in the photography competition of the first session of workers' cultural activities in Jieyang City.

2017年10月经《一带一路 · 辉煌中国》组委会综合评定和评审团推荐，聘任为编委会特约副主编，该画册由天津人民美术出版社出版发行。

In October 2017, he was appointed as the deputy editor of the Organizing Committee of "one belt and one road and brilliant China". The painting album was published by the Tianjin people's fine arts publishing house.

In November 2017, his works were included in the limited edition stamp collection published by China Post corporation in celebration of the victory of the 19th National Congress.

2017年12月被评选为年度最具影响力书画家。

In December 2017, he was selected as “the most influential calligrapher and painter of the year”.

2018年1月参加由文化部中国发布网书画中国频道、中央电视台《文化中华》栏目等单位主办的首届中国书画春晚榜样人物大拜年活动、作品荣获特等奖、被组委会收藏。

In January 2018, he participated in the first New Year celebration of role model in Chinese painting and calligraphy Gala sponsored by the Calligraphy and Painting Channel of China Online of Ministry of Culture and CCTV's "Cultural China" column. His works won the first prize and were collected by the organizing committee.

2018年2月在非物质文化遗产项目中国传统绘画技法上的突出贡献被北京非遗中心特授予”非物质文化遗产传承人”称号。

In February 2018, he was awarded the title of Inheritor of Intangible Cultural Heritage by Beijing Intangible Cultural Heritage Center relying on his outstanding contribution in Chinese traditional painting techniques.

2018年3月在香港举行的世界华人文化交流中国梦万里行暨香港华人影响力颁奖盛典活动中荣获文化交流杰出贡献奖。

In March 2018, he was awarded the Outstanding Contribution Award for Cultural Exchange at the World Chinese Cultural Exchange of China Dream and Hong Kong Influences Award Ceremony held in Hong Kong.

In May 2018, he was awarded the honorary title of "the most characteristic painter in contemporary China" by the Organizing Committee at the 18th Annual Person Summary Conference of China's Great Talent of the Century and CCTV Award Ceremony held by CCTV.

2018年6月作品入编由西泠印社出版社出版发行的大型美术文献《新中国美术图鉴》。

In June 2018, his works were compiled into the large-scale fine arts literature "New China Art Gallery" published by Xiling Printing Press.

In September 2018, his works were exhibited in an invitation exhibition for cultural exchanges between China and Europe held in Budapest, Hungary.

2019年1月由北京当代书画院主办的百花迎春全国书画大赛中代表作品《红利当头》获银奖。

In January 2019, his representative work "Good News" won the silver prize in the National Painting and Calligraphy Competition themed of flowers greet the spring sponsored by Beijing Contemporary Academy of Calligraphy and Painting.

2019年2月作品入选由匈牙利大使馆主办的第三届《美丽中国 欢乐春节》书画名家邀请展并授予”中欧文化交流使者”荣誉称号。

In February 2019, his works were selected for the third invitation exhibition of famous calligraphers and painters for the Happy Spring Festival in Beautiful China, sponsored by the Hungarian Embassy, and he was awarded the honorary title of “ambassador for cultural exchange between China and Europe”.
