Local News丨单程票价698元起 长沙直飞新加坡低成本航线开通

On June 20th, the Changsha-Singapore direct flight from Singapore's low-cost airline was launched by Singapore Scoot airlines. This is the first time that low-cost airlines lauched direct flights to Singapore. The one-way economy class fare is 698 yuan (including tax price), which is about 2/3 cheaper than the direct flight fare of domestic airlines.

The route is operated by the Airbus A320. From June 20th to July 15th, there are 4 flights on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday respectively.

Starting July 16, a new flight will be added on Thursday.

Scoot is a low-cost airline under the Singapore Airlines Group. A low-cost carrier or low-cost airline (occasionally referred to as no-frills, budget or discount carrier, and abbreviated as LCC) is an airline without most of the traditional services provided in the fare, resulting in lower fares and fewer comforts.

湖南日报·新湖南客户端6月20日讯(记者 邓晶琎)今天，由新加坡低成本航空公司酷航执飞的长沙-新加坡往返直飞航线开通。这是我省首条直飞新加坡低成本航线，单程经济舱票价为698元(含税价)起，比国内航空公司的直飞票价便宜了约2/3。

该航线由空客A320执飞，6月20日至7月15日期间，每周一、二、四、六共4班;自7月16日起，周四将新增1班，每周将加密至共5班。

酷航是新加坡航空集团旗下的低成本航空公司。此前，新加坡航空集团旗下的胜安航空公司于2011年开通了首条长沙直飞新加坡的航线。今年起，该航线改由酷航执飞后，票价比此前便宜了约2/3。

记者了解到，低成本航空公司通过取消部分免费航空服务，将营运成本控制到较低，从而可长期大量提供便宜票价，并获得极高上座率。旅客搭乘低成本公司飞机可购买到便宜机票，但一般需另外支付餐饮、选座等服务费用，免费行李托运有重量限制。

例如，搭乘酷航长沙-新加坡航班时，旅客可以选择单买座位，也可以选择购买餐点、托运行李服务等。

酷航中国区副总经理沈业焕介绍，中国是新加坡的第一大客源国，酷航的服务理念偏年轻个性，将给长沙旅客带来不一样的出行选择。

今年来，长沙黄花国际机场加强构建“四小时航空经济圈”，以新加坡为代表的东南亚航空市场日趋火热。南航、东航今年先后在长沙开通了直飞新加坡航线。酷航低成本航线开通后，为湖南消费者提供了更便宜的出行选择。
