建邺没有“大学城”长出“创新城”

南京高校众多，科教资源丰富，但建邺辖区内缺乏高校院所，是“高地”中的“洼地”。没有“大学城”的建邺区，如何长出一座“创新创业城”？

名企赋能 打造“产业地标”

建邺没有一流的大学，却有一流的企业。没有高校牌，就打企业牌！

阿里巴巴江苏总部已带动上下游企业纷纷落户，阿里生态圈呼之欲出。公诚新材料研究院成立仅半年，已有五个项目在孵。大江环境股份有限公司与南京大学共建南京江岛环境科技研究院，国内外高校也纷纷来建邺落地“融合”，名企吸引名校，名校叠加名企。

Alibaba Jiangsu Headquarters have driven upstream-downstream companies to settle down, and the Ali ecosystem is ready to come out at one call. Since Gongcheng New Materials Research Institute was established, five projects have been incubated in the past half a year. Dajiang Environment Co., Ltd. and Nanjing University jointly built Nanjing Jiangdao Environmental Science and Technology Research Institute. Domestic and foreign universities also prefer coming to Jianye for the integrative development. Famous enterprises attract famous universities and they go very well together.

金融助力 厚植“科创森林”

发展的“稳”和“进”，离不开金融的“助”和“推”。在越博最困难的时期，建邺区政府搭台，帮助越博获得汇江创投300万元融资度过危机。河西金融集聚区目前已先后入驻金融及准金融机构超500家。金融资源如何转化为培育本土树苗的阳光雨露，建邺的探索步履不停。

Keeping development stable and ongoing relies on the help and promotion of finance. In the most difficult period of Yuebo, Jianye District People's Government sets up a platform to help Yuebo obtain 3 million yuan financing from Huijiang Venture Capital's and survive the crisis. 新年伊始，建邺就已排定一揽子国际资源的引进计划，“瞄准关键小国新加坡、荷兰、比利时，创新大国德国，扎实推进‘生根计划’”。建邺将力争在海外发掘一批高科技项目，推动创新名区目标愿景一步步变成现实图景。

咖啡馆布局够不够密？便利店、快递柜等基础设施是否完备？

近日，建邺区主要负责人在调研高新区工作时，提出的一个个“小”问题，背后蕴含着“深”思考。

“Is the layout of the coffee shops reasonable? Is the infrastructure such as convenience stores and express cabinets complete?” the responsible person of Jianye District asked when investigating the work of the high-tech zone, which contained a deep thinking.

创新的氛围、创新的生态是广聚各方英才的强磁场，建邺区在做大经济总量、做优产业结构的同时，将放眼国际打造城市客厅；建邺高新区的生活、休闲、商务等综合配套还将再完善，打造零距离贴心服务生活链。
