近八成新加坡企业管理者对拥有合适领导团队实施数字化变革有信心

(2019年11月5日,/HRoot.com/)近日,罗致恒富新加坡发布的一项调查显示,有78%的新加坡管理者对自己的企业拥有合适的领导团队来实施数字化变革抱有信心。

调查显示,17%的新加坡企业管理者表示,他们不相信自己的企业拥有合适的领导团队来实施数字化变革。

报告显示,在受访者中,财务管理者比科技管理者更担心企业的领导能力,有20%的首席财务官表示他们对企业的领导能力没有信心,而仅有11%的首席信息官表示如此。

该研究还强调,新加坡企业管理者不相信其组织具有实施数字变革的正确领导能力有四个最重要的原因。

有55%的受访者表示他们缺乏对管理的支持或兴趣,而47%的受访者表示缺乏变革管理的经验。39%的受访者强调企业内部缺少沟通,而39%的受访者则表示他们所在的企业缺少技术知识。

该研究还表明,新加坡的首席信息官将技术知识(67%)、变革管理经验(56%)和专家参与决策制定(56%)作为成功领导IT部门进入数字化未来所需的三大要素。

相比之下,首席财务官将沟通技巧(58%)、技术知识(58%)和变革管理经验(56%)确定为成功带领财务部门迈向数字化未来的三大要素。

(Nov.5, 2019, /staffingindustry.com/)Most, or 78%, of Singapore-based managers are somewhat to very confident their businesses have the right leadership team to implement digital change, according to a survey by Robert Half Singapore.

The survey showed that 17% of Singaporean bosses said they were not confident that their businesses have the right leadership team to implement digital change.

Within the pool of Singaporean survey respondents, financial leaders are more concerned than their tech counterparts with 20% of CFOs saying they’re not confident of their leadership, compared to 11% of CIOs.

The research also highlights the four most significant reasons why Singaporean bosses aren’t confident their organisations have the right leadership to implement digital change.

More than half (55%) say they lack management support or interest, followed by 47% who refer to the lack of change management experience. Almost four in 10, or 39%, highlight the lack of communication and 39% say they don’t have the technical know-how.

The research also showed that Singaporean CIOs identify technical know-how (67%), change management experience (56%), and involvement of specialists in decision making (56%) as the top three skills needed to successfully lead the IT department into the digital future.

CFOs, by comparison, identify communication skills (58%), technical know-how (58%), and change management experience (56%) as the top three skills needed to successfully lead the finance department into the digital future.
