任仕达:亚太地区大多数员工认为自己在工作中发挥了全部潜能

(2017年10月27日,/HRoot.com/)根据任仕达的工作趋势报告,新加坡、中国香港和马来西亚的大多数(83%)的员工认为他们在工作中发挥了自己的全部潜能。

在新加坡,81%的员工认为他们在当前角色中充分发挥了他们的潜力。持此看法的男性占比相对女性而言稍高3%,而级别更高的员工(35岁到54岁之间)与年轻员工(18岁至34岁)相比,前者更多认为在当前角色中充分发挥了其潜力(高2%)。同时,在中国香港,79%的员工认为他们的潜力在当前角色中得以发挥。马来西亚员工对于潜力的发挥感到最满意,89%的人认为他们在当前角色中充分发挥其潜力,其中女性和年轻员工感觉最充实。

“调研结果很令人鼓舞,新加坡、中国香港和马来西亚超过80%的员工认为自己在工作中充分发挥了潜力,”任仕达新加坡、中国香港和马来西亚董事总经理迈克尔·史密斯说。“然而,尽管这些结果看起来是积极的,但统计数字还显示,略高于90%的受访者认为他们需要更多的培训来更新其技能。这表明,当员工意识到他们已最大限度地发挥其现有技能时,他们很快就认识到需要做更多的工作以确保他们的技能与时俱进。企业需要确保尽可能发展员工的技能,否则他们可能会失去最好的人才。”

Randstad : Majority of employees feel they are realising their full potential

(Otc.27, 2017, /staffingindustry.com/)The majority, or 83%, of employees in Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia state that they are realising their full potential at work, according to data from Randstad’s Workmonitor.

In Singapore, 81% of employees felt that they were realising their full potential in their current roles. Men were slightly more fulfilled than women by 3%, while more senior employees, aged 35 to 54 were 2% more fulfilled than their younger counterparts, aged 18 to 34.

Meanwhile, in Hong Kong, 79% of employees felt their potential was being reached in their roles. This sentiment was similar across all demographics.

Malaysian employees were the most satisfied with 89% feeling that they were realising their potential in their roles with female and younger employees felt the most fulfilled.

“The results look very encouraging with over eight in ten employees across Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia feeling that they are realizing their full potential in their roles,” Michael Smith, Managing Director, Randstad, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, said. “However, while these results look positive, statistics also show that slightly over nine in ten feel that they need more training to stay up to date with their skills. This shows that while employees feel they are maximising their current skillsets, they are quickly understanding that more needs to be done to ensure they stay relevant. Organisations need to ensure that they are doing as much as possible to expand the skillsets of their workforce or they risk losing their best talent.”
