信用证（Letter of Credit, L / C) 是指由银行（开证行）依照（申请人）的要求和指示或自己主动，在符合信用证条款的条件下，凭规定单据向三者（受益人）或其指定方进行付款的书面文件。即信用证是一种银行开立的有条件的承诺付款的书面文件。为了帮助读者方便在翻译和编制信用证工作时查询类似条款，我们编写了这套参考资料。

10. INVOICE

信用证对发票的要求

signed commercial invoice 已签署的商业发票

A credit requiring an “invoice” without further definition will be satisfied by any type of invoice presented (commercial invoice, customs invoice, tax invoice, final invoice, consular invoice, etc.). However, invoices identified as provisional, pro-forma or the like are not acceptable. When a credit requires presentation of a commercial invoice, a document titled invoice will be acceptable.

如信用证要求“发票”而未做进一步界定，则提交任何形式的发票均可（如商业发票、海关发票、税务发票、最终发票、领事发票等）。但是，“临时发票”、“预开发票”或类似发票则不可接受。当信用证要求提交商业发票时，标为“发票”的单据可以接受。

Unless required by the credit, an invoice need not be signed or dated

除非信用证要求，发票无须签字或注明日期。

The quantity of merchandise, weights and measurements shown on the invoice must not conflict with the same quantities appearing on other documents.

发票显示的货物数量、重量和尺寸不得与其他单据显示的相应数值相矛盾。

beneficiary's original signed commercial invoices at least in 8 copies issued in the name of the buyer indicating （showing/evidencing/specifying/declaration of） the merchandise, country of origin and any other relevant information.

11. BILL OF LOADING

信用证对提单的要求

1.full set shipping （company's） clean on board bill（s） of lading marked

"Freight Prepaid" to order of shipper endorsed to … Bank, notifying buyers

全套装船（公司的）洁净已装船提单应注明“运费付讫”，作为以装船人指示为抬头、背书给……银行，通知买方

2.bills of lading made out in negotiable form 作成可议付形式的提单

3.clean shipped on board ocean bills of lading to order and endorsed in blank marked "Freight Prepaid" notify: importer（openers,accountee）

洁净已装船的提单空白抬头并空白背书，注明“运费付讫”，通知进口人（开证人）

整套已装船海运提单，做成以荷兰ABC公司指示抬头，注明运费预付，通知开证人。

13. full set of not less than two clean on board maring bills of lading, marked freight prepaid and made out to odr and endorsed to our order showing blue bird trading company as notifying party. Short form bills of lading are not acceptable, bill of lading to state shipment has been effected in containers and container numbers.

全套不少于两份的已装船海运提单，注明运费预付，空白抬头，背书给开证行，并以蓝鸟贸易公司作为通知人。简式提单不接受，提单注明集装箱装运及集装箱号码。

14. full set clean on board ocean bill of lading, made out to the order and blank enforsed, evidencing shipment from shanghai to New York port not later than april 5th. 2004. marked freight prepaid and notify to the applicant.

整套清洁海运提单，空白抬头并空白背书，从上海港装运到纽约港，不迟于2004年4月5日，标明运费已付，并通知开证人。

整套清洁已装船提单，标明我们的指示方，运费预付，通知方待定，提示信用证号和买卖合同号，将提单做出第三者提单也可照办，例如请货运代理做托运人。

This credit is available by sight payment with bank. 本信用证由某银行即期付款

延期付款信用证 Deferred payment credit 承兑信用证acceptance credit

本信用证指定由某银行延期付款

This credit is available by deferred payment with bank.

Three (3) original and two (2) copies of clean on board Ocean Bills of Lading marked “freight prepaid” in CIF Contract and made out to order, blank endorsed and notifying at the port of Destination.

对于到岸价（CIF）合同，标有：“运费已付”的全套已装船清洁海运提单3份和2份副本，按顺序理好，空白背书，通知目的港。

If a credit requires presentation of a charter party bill of lading or if a credit allows presentation of a charter party bill of lading and a charter party bill of lading is presented UCP 600 article 22 is applicable.

如果信用证要求提交租船合同提单，或者允许提交租船合同提单且实际也提交了租船合同提单，则适用UCP600第22条。

A transport document containing any indication that it is subject to a charter party is a charter party bill of lading under UCP 600 article 22.

含有受租船合同约束的任何表示的运输单据即为UCP600第22条所指的租船合同提单。

12. INSURANCE POLICY（OR CERTIFICATE）

信用证对保险单（或凭证）的要求

Insurance is to be effected by the buyer. 由买方负责投保。

（1）…risks clauses of the P.I.C.C. subject to C.I.C.

根据中国人民保险公司的保险条款投保……险

（2）marine insurance policies or certificates in negotiable form, for 110%

full CIF invoice covering the risks of War & W.A. as per the People's Insurance

Co. of China dated 1/1/1976. with extended cover up to Kuala Lumpur with claims

payable in （at） Kuala Lumpur in the currency of draft （irrespective of

percentage）

作为可议付格式的海运保险单或凭证按照到岸价的发票金额110%投保中国人民保险公司1976年1月1日的战争险和基本险，负责到吉隆坡为止。按照汇票所使用的货币在吉隆坡赔付（无免赔率）

（3）insurance policy or certificate settling agent's name is to be indicated,

any additional premium to cover uplift between 10 and 17% may be drawn in excess

of the credit ualue

保险单或凭证须表明理赔代理人的名称，保险费如增加10-17%可在本证金额以外支付

（8）insurance policies or certificate in duplicate endorsed in blank of 110% of invoice value covering all risks and war risks as per CIC with claims payable at Sinigapore in the currency of draft ( irrespective of percentage), including 60 days after discharges of the goods at port of destination ( or at station of destination) subject to CIC.

保险单或保险凭证一式两份，做成空白背书，按发票金额的110%投保“中国保险条款”的一切险和战争险，按汇票所使用的货币在新加坡赔付（无免赔率），根据“中国保险条款”，保险期限在目的港卸船（或在目的地车站卸车）后60天为止。

Insurance plicies or certificate in two fold issued to the applicant, covring risks as per institute cargo cluasees (), and institute war clsuses (cargo) including sarehouse to warehous clause up to final destination at Schorndore for at least 110% of cif value, marked premium paid showing claims if any payable in Germany, naming settling agent in Germany.

保险单或保险凭证一式两份，签发给开证申请人，按伦敦保险协会货物险条款(A)和战争险条款（货物）投保，包括仓至仓条款直至最终目的地SCHORNDORF，至少按CIF价的110%投保，表明保险费已付，注明在德国赔付，同时标明德国的理赔代理人的名称。

INSURANCE POLICY OR CERTIFICATE FOR 110 PERCENT OF THE CIF VALUE ISSUED TO THE BENEFICIARY'S ORDER AND BLANK ENDORSED,
