企业合伙管理高级总监

负责北京环球影城度假村所有企业合作伙伴的战略领导和客户管理。该角色负责利用我们的企业合作伙伴资产和渠道创造价值，创造收入，提高我们的资产意识并推动游客参观量。

JOB SUMMARY：

The Senior Director - Corporate Partnership Management is responsible for the strategic leadership and account management of all corporate partners across Universal Beijing Resort. The role is responsible for leveraging our corporate partner assets and channels to create value, generate revenue, increase awareness of our properties and drive visitation.

02产品管理总监

JOB SUMMARY：

The Director, Product Management focuses on driving guest and team member product strategies to evolve and enhance the Guest experience across Universal Beijing Resort, which includes a theme park, two hotels and CityWalk. This role will play a critical role in driving the holistic digital experience product vision, strategy and roadmap. This role will lead the product management team to collaborate with key shake holders like IT, operations, retail, food service, entertainment, hotel operation, creative and finance to enable a more seamless guest experience and business process. This role and the product team will also partner with the E-Commerce operation and digital analytics teams to seek opportunities to iterate product features to continuously enhance digital guest experiences and achieve E-Commerce business results.

03零售系统运营经理助理

JOB SUMMARY：

Responsible to support and manage all system software applications used by the Merchandise team. Responsible to partner with the IT team to manage and support the implementation, system integrations and future enhancement for the various software applications such as Oracle Retail, WMS, POS, Time & Attendance, Sharepoint, Business Reporting etc. Responsible to assist Merchandise team to resolve minor system issues and be the main contact person with the IT team for major issues, system outage maintenance and system enhancement exercises.

Brand Management, Product Marketing Strategy and Marketing Communications:

Leads the development and implementation of the integrated marketing and sales plans meant to support the business goals of Universal Beijing Resort. Oversees brand management, product marketing strategy and marketing communication through the creation of business, product and communication strategies. Additionally, leads campaign creative development and integrated communication plans while being responsible for identifying new business development opportunities, products, services, events and other revenue generating programs.

Responsible for the day-to-day Food and Beverage operations of all Full Service restaurants in CityWalk Beijing. Responsible for efficient and profitable operation and direct supervision of Restaurant Management teams to achieve revenue goals. Manages the operating profit/loss components, food safety and hygiene, strategic planning, participation in global and divisional initiatives, partnering with key departments, meeting and exceeding guest service standards and maintains location theming and presentation.

Provides overall leadership to the Audio Video (A/V) and Lighting teams. Manages the preventive and corrective maintenance operations performed on all audio, video, and lighting systems throughout the resort. Oversees system and component design changes and directs the activities of outside vendors for all additions, modifications, and service work. Manages all routine, capital, and expense budgeting for responsible area. Leads team in continuous improvement, personal development, and administrative activities. Strives for the highest levels of operational readiness and quality, while ensuring team member and guest safety.
