据smartereum报道，有新加坡用户在使用3月28日更新的ofo新版app时，发现多了一些功能，其中包括一个“Ride to Mine”的活动。

根据活动说明，用户通过使用ofo骑行，可以得到GSE虚拟代币的奖励，并且在共享经济领域中的不同场景使用这些代币去和其他代币进行交易（are able to use these tokens in different scenarios within the broader sharing economy or trade with other tokens in the near future.）。

这其实已经不是第一次ofo与区块链产生关联了。根据公开信息显示在2月8日就有一个名为“ofo chain”的智能合约在以太坊测试它的网络。从那之后一直有传言ofo准备进军区块链并且发行它们的基于ERC20的虚拟代币，但是ofo否认了发行ICO的计划，但会对区块链技术进行持续关注。
