I booked a Tap flight on points and then read all the horrible stories. I was incredibly nervous about the trip, which involved a connection in Portugal from the US. I never could get their website to work though. I gotta say, it was probably the cleanest, nicest airplane I've ever traveled on. The crew was terrific. The lounge was nice for my layover. I have heard that as long as your flight isn't cancelled, TAP is really quite good.

This is utter bull. The winner, Bearskin Airlines is not a major carrier as mentioned in the article. It is a tiny local airline in Canada with a fleet of 22 planes the biggest of which can carry 19 passengers. It flies to 10 destinations within a region of Canada. That is it. To be honest, there are many airlines on this list I have never heard of before...as Germans our family does mainly take Lufthansa and are always happy with it but my best flight was with Singapore Airlines, such a great service.
