罗致恒富:新加坡超一半的企业领导者对公司的发展前景充满信心
(2019年12月20日,/HRoot.com/)近日,据罗致恒富的研究显示,新加坡超过一半(55%)的商界领袖对公司2020年的业务增长前景充满信心。
研究显示,高信心水平正在影响新加坡企业2020年的招聘计划,调查中,40%的受访者计划增加永久性员工的人数。
罗致恒富的最新调查显示,到2020年,商业环境将蓬勃发展。尽管55%的受访者表示自己“非常有信心”,但41%的受访者表示“有一定的信心”,4%表示“完全没有信心”。
在审视影响他们信心水平的三个主要因素时,当前的经济环境(57%)、吸引合适的人才(54%)和扩大商机(50%)被视为新加坡和全球许多高管的首要考虑因素。
同时,当被问及在2020年招聘永久性专业人士的计划时,40%来自IT和金融业的新加坡商业领袖表示,他们将通过在其团队中增加新的永久性职位来扩大人员数量,而另外40%的计划是维持员工水平和专注填补空缺职位。
另外,35%的新加坡商业领袖则计划维持目前的临时用工人数。
研究显示,科技将继续成为新加坡临时就业市场的主要驱动力,29%的新加坡首席信息官表示,他们将在2020年为团队增加新的临时职位。
当被问及影响雇佣计划的主要因素时,新加坡雇主指出的前三位因素是:工作量增加(永久性员工56%/临时性员工32%)、员工流动率(永久性员工50%/临时性员工35%)和当前的经济和商业环境(永久性员工46%/临时性员工32%)。

(Dec.20, 2019, /staffingindustry.com/)More than half, or 55%, of Singapore business leaders have high levels of confidence in their business growth prospects moving into 2020, according to research from Robert Half.
The high levels of confidence is impacting their hiring plans for the following year as four in ten (40%) plan to increase permanent staff numbers.
Robert Half’s latest survey indicates a buoyant business environment going into 2020. It found that while 55% said they were ‘very confident’, 41% said they were ‘somewhat confident and 4% said they were ‘not at all confident’.
When looking at the top three reasons influencing their level of confidence, the current economic climate (57%) attracting suitable talent (54%), expanding business opportunities (50%) are shared as the top considerations for many executives in Singapore and across the globe.
Meanwhile, when asked about their hiring plans for permanent professionals in 2020, 40% of Singaporean business leaders across IT and finance say they will expand their headcount by adding new permanent positions to their teams while another 40% plan to maintain their staff levels and focus on filling vacated positions.
Robert Half’s research also found that 35% of business leaders plan to maintain their current temporary staff headcount.
Technology will continue to be a key driver for Singapore’s contingent employment market with 29% Singaporean CIOs saying they will add new temporary positions to their teams in 2020.
When asked about the top factors influencing their hiring plans, Singaporean employers point to increased workloads (56% permanent/32% temporary), employee turnover (50% permanent/35% temporary) and the current economic and business climate (46% permanent/32% temporary).
