杜一老师个人介绍：

1985年，Arnaud毕业于斯特拉斯堡酒店和旅游高级技术学校，同年加入位于德国巴登的法国陆军军官俱乐部工作。在法国-德国首脑会议期间，曾服务过法国总统弗朗索瓦·密特朗和德国总理赫尔穆特·科尔。

Arnaud graduated from the Technical High School of Hospitality in 1985 in Strasbourg. Then he joined the Officersʼ Club of French Army staff in Baden Baden, Germany. During the French-German summit, Arnaud had served the French President François Mitterrand and the German Chancellor Helmut Kohl.

1986年工作于洛伊斯赌场度假酒店，而后在多家米其林一星餐厅和一级酒店担任领班，其间接待过电影《本能》中的迈克尔·道格拉斯和莎朗·斯通，《大地雄心》中的汤姆·克鲁斯和妮可·基德曼，以及著名演员罗杰·摩尔、Jean-Paul Belmondo、皇室贵族成员雷尼尔王子殿下，等各类名流。

What’s more, during his time at the Loews Hotel & Casino resort, and other 1 Michelin star restaurants, Arnaud had the chance to meet those world well-known actors, like Roger Moore, Jean-Paul Belmondo, Michael Douglas, Sharon Stone, Tom Cruise, Nichole Kidman and many others as a head waiter.

1999年至2004年间，Arnaud担任过摩纳哥的斑马广场酒店，和法国的博斯科罗广场酒店等多家高级餐厅酒店的餐饮主管和总监、首席运营官，负责员工培训、餐厅设计和宴会服务等，为餐厅拿下米其林星级给予了极大的帮助。

From 1999 to 2004, Arnaud had been served as Food & Beverages Director andChief Operating Officer at Hotel Boscolo Plaza Concorde in France, andZebra Square Grimaldi Forum in Monaco, being responsible for staff training, restaurant design and banquet service, which had made a great contribution to these high quality restaurants to win the Michelin stars.

2007年，Arnaud在法国开展了属于自己的餐饮事业--Le Beaulieu Bar&Restaurant Lounge。U2主唱Bono是这家餐厅的常客，尼斯的爱马仕商店每年也会在此组织两次团队派对

In 2007, Arnaud launched his own business in France--Le Beaulieu Bar&Restaurant Lounge. Bono, U2's lead singer was one of the famous frequent guests of this restaurant. Meanwhile, Hermes shop in Nice would organize twice a year their team party here as well.

Arnaud于2018年来到中国上海。有着多年在高级酒店餐厅、游艇的工作管理经验，以及为摩纳哥皇室贵族礼仪指导经验，在全球范围内，他是这个行业领域内最优秀和最专业的人才。

Arnaud came to Shanghai China in 2018. Having years’ experiences of working for many luxury hotels, restaurants and yachts, and providing instructions of etiquette for the Royal Family of Monaco, he is the best and most professional in this field, in the world.

Arnaud DOUILLY, from France, is a well-known international food consultant in the world and proficients in French aristocratic etiquette culture. At the same time, he is also the current CEO of French traditional consulting company. He has more than 35 years of luxury hotel management experience in Germany, France and Monaco, and has led teams to receive French presidents, senior government officials, aristocrats and ball-game stars.

Wang Yinchen (host in Chinese), a CCTV well-known host, and Vincent Ho (host in English), an international host of Singapore, served as the host of the dinner.
