“我们亚洲,树都根连根……我们亚洲,物产也富有……”
1990年,第十一届亚运会在北京举办,这也是中国第一次承办综合性的国际体育赛事。改革开放中的中国向亚洲伸出了自己友谊之手,让更多的人认识了高速发展的中国。
时间是最好的见证者。二十多年过去,随着建设“一带一路”倡议的提出,中国与亚洲各国进行了更深层次的携手合作,在亚洲各国书写着经济发展、互联互通的新曲目。如果要写一首新版的《亚洲雄风》,开放、创新、共赢、发展一定会是这首主题曲的新题眼。

共享单车 China’s bike-sharing business grows in Asia
共享经济虽然并不是亚洲的专利,但却绝对是亚洲创新发展当仁不让的主角。随着共享单车在中国的火箭式发展,共享出行的旋风挂到了亚洲的各个城市。新加坡、印度、马来西亚、泰国……都可以看到小黄车、小红车的身影。被誉为中国新四大“发明”的共享单车,也和它的前辈一样,改变着亚洲各国人们的生活方式。

中亚班列 Railway networks link China and other Asian countries
下一位主角就是推动“一带一路”互联互通的中亚班列。列车从中国出发或经中国发往中亚五国以及西亚、南亚等国家,运输服装、机电设备、汽车配件、建材百货等货物,搭建了国际货运班列“大动脉”。
With the China-initiated Belt and Road Initiative going into gear, rail-freight networks are facilitating a new generation of transcontinental exchanges. The first freight train left Lianyungang in China to Alma-Ata in Kazakhstan in 2015. As of September 2017, more than 20 trains were running each day between central Asia and China, according to China Railway Corporation. Since 2013, China has launched more than 50 trade routes connecting it with countries in central Asia and Europe to boost trade and strengthen connectivity.
巴基斯坦瓜达尔港口 China’s link to Gwadar Port
瓜达尔港处在中东、中亚、南亚交汇处,位于波斯湾入海口、霍尔木兹海峡湾口,靠近重要的国际航线,是中巴经济走廊建设的旗舰项目。中国和“巴铁”携手建设瓜达尔港,将再一次在互联互通、合作共赢的征程上扬帆起航。
Gwadar Port, located in southwest Pakistan, is a main feature of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), a flagship project of the China-proposed Belt and Road Initiative. The CPEC is a 3,000-km network of roads, railways and pipelines linking Kashgar in northwest China’s Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and the Gwadar Port.
Construction of the port began in 2002 with China's investment and technical support. The port has boosted Pakistan's economy and become a crucial facility for landlocked Central Asian countries. 西哈努克港经济特区 Cambodia's Sihanoukville Special Economic Zone
提到中国与亚洲各国携手发展,就不能不提柬埔寨的“深圳”——西哈努克港经济特区。作为中柬务实合作的样板,西港特区历经十年发展,已初步具备国际工业园区的规模,中国与柬方合作,带去了中国工业园区发展的成功经验与巨大的就业机会,也创造了独具柬埔寨发展特色的开发模式。
It was 10 years ago that the Sihanoukville Special Economic Zone (SSEZ), dubbed as the Cambodian counterpart to China’s Shenzhen special economic zone, was established by the two countries in the port city of Sihanoukville. As a state-backed economic zone, the SSEZ has attracted more than 100 enterprises from China and other countries and created over 16,000 jobs as of 2017, providing a model of China-Cambodia cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative.
澜沧江-湄公河合作 Lancang-Mekong River, a river of cooperation
一水连六邦。澜沧江-湄公河由中国的青海省发源,流经亚洲的六个国家,是养育了多个沿岸国家的母亲河。近年来,中国积极倡导和参与了湄澜合作,充分挖掘了流域内丰富的自然、人文资源,让这条古老的河流也焕发了新的活力。
From bustling metropolises to tranquil old towns, the 4,350 km-long Lancang-Mekong River runs through six countries in Asia, including China, Myanmar, Laos, Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam. Featuring rich natural resources and serving as an important trade route linking communities on its banks, the lifeblood of the region has brought prosperity and opportunities to its nations.
In March 2016, the six countries launched the Lancang-Mekong Cooperation (LMC) mechanism allowing for cooperation in areas like regional security, trade, clear energy, infrastructure, ecosystem protection and people-to-people exchanges. In January, the six states approved a Five-Year Action Plan (2018-2022), charting a blueprint for the sub-regional cooperation and the regional integration.
