In order to further ensure the flight safety during the epidemic, the Embassy in Singapore issued a notice on March 28 to adjust the pre departure detection of passengers taking flights to China on April 8 and thereafter. Now we remind the passengers who intend to go to China to pay attention to the policy changes again and carry out pre departure testing as required, with special attention to the following.

为进一步保障疫情期间的航班安全，驻新加坡使馆于3月28日发布通知，对乘坐4月8日及此后航班赴华的旅客行前检测进行了调整。现再次提醒拟赴华旅客注意政策变化，按要求进行行前检测，特别注意以下。

I. Nucleic acid test shall be conducted on the seventh day before departure (i.e. the first day of isolation before departure) (except for the crew returning from the ship and qualified passengers coming to China for new transfer).

一、行前第七天（即行前隔离第一天）进行一次核酸检测（下船回国船员和符合条件的来新转机赴华旅客除外）。

II. The nucleic acid test on the first day before departure should be carried out within 24 hours before the flight takes off. Please be sure to confirm with the testing organization that the testing certificate can be obtained in time.

二、行前第一天的核酸检测需在航班起飞前24小时内。请务必和检测机构确认可及时获得检测证明。

The travel testing center of Raffles hospital, the emergency department (A & E) and some hospitals and clinics under Baihui medical group can provide urgent testing services (depending on the degree of urgency, there may be urgent costs, and the fastest test will give results in about 4 hours).

莱佛士医院行前检测中心（Travel Testing Centre)、急诊部（A&E）及百汇医疗集团旗下部分医院、诊所可提供加急检测服务（视紧急程度可能有加急费用，最快的检测约4小时左右出结果）。

III. Please reserve the rapid antigen art test on the check-in day through Raffles connect app at least one day in advance, and arrive at the airport test point for test during the reservation period. Art test results are not used to apply for health code. Passengers shall go through check-in procedures with green health code and art negative test results.

三、请至少提前一天通过莱佛士医疗集团APP（Raffles Connect）预约值机当日的快速抗原ART检测，并在预约时段抵达机场检测点进行检测。ART检测结果不用于申请健康码，旅客凭绿色健康码和ART阴性检测结果办理值机手续。

IV. Passengers are requested to prepare the verifiable vaccination certificate and pre departure isolation materials in advance, obtain the test certificate (except art test results) and apply for the health code immediately after checking it. The embassy will further strengthen the verification of health codes according to the new requirements of testing, so as to ensure that passengers who meet the boarding conditions can obtain health codes in time.

四、请旅客提前备齐可验证疫苗接种凭证和行前隔离材料，取得检测证明（ART检测结果除外）并校对无误后立即申请健康码。使馆将根据检测新要求进一步加强健康码审核工作，确保符合登机条件的旅客及时取得健康码。

From April 8, a total of four pre trip tests are required before entering China from Singapore.

从4月8日起，从新加坡入境中国前一共需要做4次行前检测。

After purchasing the ticket and determining the departure date, we need to do a good job in the closed-loop management of 7 days before the trip, and there must be no unnecessary going out other than the pre-trip inspection! The pre-trip health isolation and commitment form shall be printed 7 days before the trip, and the body temperature shall be recorded and filled in every day.

在购买好机票，确定起飞日期后，大家需要做好行前7天闭环管理，不得有行前检测以外的其它非必要外出！行前7天需打印《行前健康隔离和承诺书》，每日记录体温并填写。

It needs to be carried out within 24 hours before takeoff, and other time points are invalid. For example, for the passengers who choose the passengers of China Southern Airlines flight cz3040 at 17:50 on Tuesday, April 12, the nucleic acid detection sampling time on Monday, April 11 (should be after 17:50 on the afternoon of April 11, which is invalid before).

需在起飞前24小时内进行，其他时间点无效。如，选择4月12日（星期二）17:50南航CZ3040航班的旅客的旅客，4月11日（星期一）的核酸检测采样时间（应在11日下午17:50后，此前无效。

(4) 2 ~ 6 hours before travel: Art detection

Double testing must follow the principle of "cross testing", that is, different institutions must be selected for the two tests, and one must be a cooperative clinic of Raffles Medical Group or Parkway medical group.
