中国当代帛画第一人——董文政，艺名吴默，（1938.9—）江苏镇江人。1962年毕业于南京艺术学院，苏州大学美术教授。著名书画家，《中国当代帛画——吴默画》创始人。法中文化交流长城协会副会长、美国SVSU美术系客座教授、英国皇家艺术研究院荣誉院士、荷兰皇家艺术学院高级学术顾问、俄罗斯国立艺术家协会终身荣誉会籍、香港特区国画院荣誉院士、香港文化艺术总会荣誉主席、中国文化部中外文化交流大使、中国传统文化传承顾问、中国书法美术家协会理事长、中国名人协会书画研究院名誉院长、中国现代文艺学会艺术委员会总监，中国艺术人物网学术委员会联席主席、中国民族文艺家联合会名誉主席，中国兰亭书画院终身名誉院长、中国国家文艺网书画专业艺术顾问、中国国家书画院首席艺术顾问，中国收藏学会副会长，……等国内外应聘职务数十个。

董文政受家庭熏陶自幼喜爱书画和古典文化，后又经过美术学院对造型和色彩基本功的系统训练，1962年被分配苏州从事外销丝绸美术设计工作，谙孰丝绸工艺特点和国际艺术流派发展的特征和趋势。由于受中国古代帛画的启发，从1967年开始利用被下放车间当调色打样工的契机，工作之余进一步对众多丝绸品种以及颜料、助剂进行研究、尝试、对比，在整个探索过程为了追求理想的效果，历经千百次失败，仍毫不气馁，最终运用自行调配的不褪色颜料助剂，并选择了被国际美誉为“纤维皇后”的苏州自产名牌——真丝双皱这种高档真丝绸载体上绘制。他还创造运用多种工具、技法，在充分继承民族传统的同时，大胆吸收西方印象主义的光色研究成果和后期印象派的创作理念。创造出一种能为东、西方人均能理解并接受的“国际视觉语言”，用以表现传统的中华文化，迄今逾50年。这种丝绸画作品八十年代中期就已得到刘海粟、李可染、王己千（美国）、古元、林默涵等三十多位国内外前辈文艺大家的关爱、鼓励和高度评价。著名历史学家（人大常委会副委员长）周谷城称这种丝绸画就是“中国当代帛画”。朱学范副委员长为1986年的北京画展题写了《吴默画展》横匾。从1985年起，先后应邀在苏州、北京、澳大利亚、美国、瑞典、新加坡、法国等地举办个展和国际展览30多次，受到国内外一致好评。2001年，2003年在法国参加的两次国际画展均被列为首席画家、荣誉贵宾，2004年法国外交部将《吴默画展》列为法中文化年特别交流项目，应邀在五个城市巡展。

Dong Wenzheng was educated by his family and loved calligraphy and painting and classical culture from an early age. After systematic training of basic skills of modelling and color in the Academy of Fine Arts, he was assigned to Suzhou in 1962 to engage in silk art design for export. He knows the characteristics of silk technology and the characteristics and trends of the development of international art schools. Inspired by the ancient silk painting of China, since 1967, the opportunity of being transferred to the workshop as a toner and proofing worker has been used to further study, attempt and contrast numerous silk varieties, pigments and auxiliaries. In the whole process of exploration, in order to pursue the ideal effect, after thousands of failures, they are still not discouraged. Finally, self-made non-fading pigment auxiliaries have been used. Selected by the international reputation as "the Queen of Fibers," Suzhou produced brand-name silk double wrinkles, this high-grade silk carrier to draw. He also created and applied various tools and techniques, while fully inheriting the national traditions, boldly absorbed the light and color research results of Western Impressionism and the creative ideas of the late impressionists. It has been more than 50 years since the creation of an "international visual language" that can be understood and accepted by both the East and the West to express traditional Chinese culture. This kind of silk painting has been cared, encouraged and highly appraised by Liu Haisu, Li Keran, Wang Jiqian (USA), Guyuan, Linmohan and more than 30 literary and artistic predecessors at home and abroad since the mid-1980s. Zhou Gucheng, a famous historian (vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress), called this silk painting "contemporary silk painting of China". Vice Chairman Zhu Xuefan wrote the horizontal plaque of Wu Mo Painting Exhibition for the Beijing Painting Exhibition in 1986. Since 1985, he has been invited to hold more than 30 solo exhibitions and international exhibitions in Suzhou, Beijing, Australia, the United States, Sweden, Singapore, France and other places, which have won unanimous praise at home and abroad. In 2001, the two international art exhibitions in France in 2003 were listed as chief painters and honorary guests.
