拍卖规则（Auctionrules）

(1)『买家』指拍卖官已接纳出价最高之人士，或该人士披露之委托人;

(1) "buyer"means the auctioneer has accepted the highest bidder, or the principaldisclosed by the person;

(2)『买家支付之酬金』指按拍卖时张贴于拍卖会场之酬金比率，『买家』就『成交价』应付予『奥古斯』之佣金;

(2) "payment bybuyer" means the percentage of remuneration posted at the auction venue atthe time of auction, and the commission payable by "buyer" to"augustus" in respect of the "transaction price";

(3)『费用』，有关出售任何物品之费用指『奥古斯』之收费及支出，包括但不限于法律支出、保险、图录及其他复制资料及图示之费用，任何关税、广告、包装之费用、复制权费、税项、征费都有指定标准;

(3)"expenses", the cost of any item sold to augustus' fees and expenses,including but not limited to legal costs, insurance, focus, and other expenses,copy the data and graphic of any tariff, advertising, packaging costs, copyright, tax, levy has specified standards;

(4)『成交价』指拍卖官就一件物品拍定『买家』所出之价格，或如于拍卖后出售，则为协定价格;惟上述两种情况均不包括『买家支付之酬金』、任何适用之税项及任何『费用』;

(6)"seller" means the agent of the owner or owner of the entrustedarticle or the person who keeps it. 清乾隆年间九龙戏珠原矿紫砂壶，紫砂壶内有“宫庭御品”印章，底部有“乾隆御制”落款，九龙历来像征帝王，属于宫庭御用，选料极品，浮雕云腾致雨，精致与细发，大气于天地，寓意天降祥瑞，国泰民安，此款九龙紫砂壶可泡茶，也可作为绝世精致工艺品欣赏，目前市面上并未出现同款，索有正品紫砂壶一壶难求说法，此壶其历史意义和收藏价值及高。

紫砂壶是中国特有的手工制造陶土工艺品，创始人是明代正德——嘉靖时的（供春）。其制作始于明朝正德年间，制作原料为紫砂泥，原产地在江苏宜兴丁蜀镇又名宜兴紫砂壶。因为有了艺术性和实用性的完美结合，紫砂壶才这样珍贵，令人回味无穷。更加上紫砂壶泡茶的好处、和茶禅一味的文化，这就又增加了紫砂高贵不俗的雅韵。
