BASIC WINDSURFING COURSE：先决条件
至少12周岁或以上
能穿着Personal Floatation Device（救生衣）游泳50米.
有健康状况的参与者必须出示体检医师的证明。

报名与考证流程
01 Passion Wave @ East Coast
价格：$92.00 to $102.00
时间：10:00 AM - 05:00 PM（一整天课程）
报名方式：
1. 登录OnePa网站：https://www.onepa.gov.sg
2. Search “Windsurfing”，
就可以看到Basic Windsurfing Course.
此外,也可单独私约教练，分两个下午的时间
1PM-5PM完成（取决于教练及俱乐部的空位）

学完课程并获得证书，即可在新加坡的所有海上运动中心，租用风帆冲浪设备。

1 Taster 1.0
入门课程：适合没有尝试过帆板运动，并想开始帆板运动的初学者
（1）Basics of windsurfing in light winds
（2）Windsurfing in a straight line
（3）Learn to do 180° turns (Gybe)
（4）Return to shore on your own
2 Taster 2.0
在 Taster 1.0 之后，想进一步提高，并达到更好的完成帆板运动标准的初学者。
3 Certification Course (SSF Level 1)
详细的学习计划，旨在教您风帆冲浪的所有基础知识。
完成课程并通过测试后，将颁发风帆冲浪 1 级熟练卡，允许您从新加坡所有海上运动中心租用风帆冲浪设备
