职位:区域经理/区域助理经理

Position: Regional Manager/Assistant Manager

汇报对象: 中国办公室主任

Report to: Associate Director & Head, China office

工作职责

Job Description

校友关系:负责新加坡国立大学商学院指定区域的校友联络(包括来电、来访等);校友信息管理;支持校友活动,包括前期联络,活动组织及后期宣传工作等;

Alumni Relations: Strengthen alumni engagement, keep alumni database updated, organize alumni events in China, including planning, organizing and publicity;

对外联系:对接中国企业的海外校园招聘、校企合作、企业捐赠、校园参访等意向;

Corporate Liaison: Facilitate partnerships between B-school and Chinese companies, provide support to local companies on-campus recruitment, academic partnerships, fund raising and stewardship, company visits etc;

招生活动:协助和配合商学院研究生院各课程(主要为中文EMBA学位课程)在中国的招生工作,协助完成招生目标;

Programme Recruitment: Work with Graduate Studies Office for Chinese-EMBA recruitment, follow up with leads and maximize prospects;

其他工作:协助中国办主任制定中国地区工作计划,关系建立、维护以及其他商务工作,准备相应资料。

Others: Work with the Director to strategize on outreach, relationship building and business development activities in China.

任职要求

Requirements

大学本科及以上学历,MBA优先考虑;三年以上客户关系管理、活动策划实施等相关工作经验,有院校工作经验者有限考虑;

At least a bachelor degree. MBA would be a bonus; more than 3 years’ experience in customer relations or events management. Related experience in universities would be preferred;

熟练的中英文书面及口语表达能力,优秀的沟通协调能力、活动策划能力、创新能力;

Effectively bilingual & able to multi-task. Exceptional interpersonal skills to deal with business leaders (alumni) and vendors alike;

具备良好的团队合作精神,以及高度的工作责任感和执行力;

Team player yet independent self-starter. Highly motivated and is an initiative-taker;

可以适应出差,及合理的周末加班;

Ability to travel in the greater China region, ad-hoc work in the evening/weekend as needed.

具有新加坡工作或者学习经验者优先考虑。

Working or studying experience in Singapore would be preferred.

工作职责

Job Description

中国办公室对外窗口,能专业得接待来访的商学院老师、员工、校友以及企业的来电来访;并可以独立对接学院其他办公室的相关要求;

Window of the office: able to handle the requests from different stakeholders as well as from other offices in NUS B-school properly;

办公室日常运营工作,包括协助公司接听电话、复印打印、起草校对文件、后勤采购、办公环境以及固定资产管理、票务、费用结算等日常性行政事务的管理;

Support the operations of the China Office, take ownership of office administrative tasks, such as, placing/answering phone calls; making copies, faxes and scans; filtering emails, drafting and/or proof-reading documents; sorting and documenting files; purchasing office supplies;

支持商学院及中国办公室组织或发起的活动,支持前期场地询价,供应商选择,现场签到,以及交通安排等行政事务;

Event Execution: Excellent project management skills to handle tasks including venue selection, transportation arrangement, vendor selection, registration, etc;

办公室主任交办的其他办公室工作。

Other duties and responsibilities expected of this position may change as deemed appropriate by the China Office Director.

任职要求

Requirements

中国及海外大学本科及以上学历,两年以上行政工作或者项目助理经验;

At least a bachelor degree with a minimum of two years of administrative or project-based experience;

中文英读写流利,待人接物得体;

Effectively bilingual, exceptional interpersonal skills to deal with business leaders (alumni) and vendors alike;

高度的执行力,注重细节和计划性;

Strong execution skills with a keen eye for detail & timeliness;

具有在新加坡工作或者学习经验者优先考虑。

Working or Studying Experience in Singapore would be preferred.
