新加坡中华总商会会长

各位来宾、女士们、先生们，大家好！我是新加坡中华总商会会长。很高兴和大家在第十九届中国—东盟博览会云中相见。今年也是中国—东盟建立对话关系31周年，我谨代表新加坡中华总商会，为中国和东盟各国在这31年中取得的辉煌成就表达热烈祝贺。
从2004年的首届东博会，到中国—东盟自贸区建成，中国和东盟互为第一大贸易国，再到2020年11月，《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》（RCEP）正式签署。这18年来，我们见证了区域关系突飞猛进，东博会以创新方式及灵活机制，为东盟和中国搭建了金融、经济、法律、人文等多元领域的交流合作平台，更显出百花齐放，活力焕发。
本届博览会主题为“共享RCEP新机遇，助推中国—东盟自由贸易区3.0版”，这是非常切合时宜。涵盖十五国的RCEP是中国和东盟合作的助推器，为企业合作优势互补提供了良好的契机，催生创新和成长窗口，意义深远。我相信RCEP对区域国家建立战略伙伴关系、发掘广阔市场、营造优良的经贸环境一定大有助益。
东博会是新加坡企业展示专业知识、优越实力与合作共赢的有效平台，特别是在加强东盟与中国之间的数字、金融、基础设施以及经贸合作等领域，新加坡企业可发挥积极的角色。东博会举办以来，新加坡中华总商会每年都鼓励会员商家们积极参会。即使在疫情期间，我们仍鼓励企业家通过云上东博会与世界各地企业家洽谈对话，新加坡企业一向坚定地走国际化、市场化的康庄大道。
中国是一个幅员辽阔、深具潜力的高速生长增长市场。总商会目前在上海、重庆和成都都设立了代表处，借机为两国企业的合作交流搭桥牵线。继往开来，新加坡中华总商会愿意继续发挥合作枢纽作用，期待更多新中企业合作共赢，为东盟与中国区域成长注入新活力和新商机。

Hello, distinguished guests, ladies and gentlemen. I am President of the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce. It is a great pleasure for me to meet you at the 19th Online CAEXPO. This year is also the 31st anniversary of China-ASEAN dialogue relations. On behalf of the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce, I would like to extend warm congratulations to China and ASEAN countries on the remarkable achievements over the past 31 years.
China-ASEAN Free Trade Zone was established in 2004 when the first CAEXPO was held. China and ASEAN are each other's largest trading country. By November 2020, the RCEP was officially signed. Over the past 18 years, we have witnessed rapid progress in regional relations. With innovative ways and flexible mechanisms, the CAEXPO has set up a platform for exchanges and cooperation between ASEAN and China in various fields such as finance, economy, law and culture. It strongly shows that the China-ASEAN business has already diversified and flourishes more energy.
The theme of this CAEXPO is “Sharing RCEP New Opportunities, Building A Version 3.0 China-ASEAN FTA”. This is very timely. The 15-member RCEP is a booster for China-ASEAN cooperation. It provides a good opportunity for enterprises to cooperate with each other and to create a window for innovation and growth which is of profound significance. I believe the RCEP will be of great help to regional countries in building strategic partnerships, exploring broad markets and fostering a sound economic and trade environment.
The CAEXPO is an effective platform for Singapore enterprises to showcase their expertise, superior strength and win-win cooperation. Especially in the areas of digital, financial, infrastructure, economic and trade cooperation between ASEAN and China. Singapore enterprises are able to play a positive role in it. Since the CAEXPO was held, the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce encourages the members to participate actively every year. Even during the COVID-19, we encourage the entrepreneurs to engage in dialogue with their counterparts around the world through the Online CAEXPO. Singapore enterprises have always been firmly marching on the road to internationalization and marketization.
China is a vast territory and fast-growing market with deep potential. There are representative offices of chamber in Shanghai, Chongqing and Chengdu, taking this opportunity to promote cooperation and exchanges between enterprises of the two countries, build bridges and forge ahead. The Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce is ready to continue to play a pivotal role in cooperation and looking forward to getting more win-win cooperation between Singapore and China, to flourish new vitality and create new business opportunities into the growth of ASEAN and China.
Finally, I sincerely wish the 19th CAEXPO a complete success. Thank you!

大家好，我是中国建筑材料流通协会会长秦占学。
中国—东盟博览会到今年已经走过19年的历史，为中国和东盟地区作出了非常大的贡献。特别是，中国—东盟博览会它不仅仅是一个贸易大会，还以经济促进了区域和平，这一点是很多博览会做不到的。
中国建筑材料流通协会与中国—东盟博览会有着悠久的合作历史，我们伴随着中国—东盟博览会走过了18年。在这18年内也见证了中国—东盟博览会的发展，特别是在促进中国和东盟地区自由贸易升级和区域合作的这样一个历史进程中，起到了非常重要的作用。
加之，近两年推动RCEP的合作，使我们的经贸合作又得到了更大的扩展，这样的合作也对区域和平起到了重大的促进作用。得益于中国—东盟博览会这样一个非常优秀的平台，我国的建材与家居行业也在这里取得了许多丰硕成果，不但引进了东盟地区的好的原材料，特别是让我国的高质量的产品也输入到东盟地区，在“一带一路”这样的一个平台上也发挥了重大的作用。
在这里，我也非常地期许我们的中国—东盟博览会能够取得更大的成功。祝我们第19届中国—东盟博览会取得丰硕的成果！谢谢大家！

Hello everyone, I'm Qin Zhanxue, the President of China Building Materials Circulation Association.
By this year, the China-ASEAN Expo has gone through a history of 19 years, which has made great contributions to China and the ASEAN region. In particular, the China-ASEAN Expo not only is a trade conference, but also promotes regional peace through the economy, which many expositions can not achieve.
As the China Building Materials Circulation Association, we have a long history of cooperation with the China-ASEAN Expo. We have accompanied China-ASEAN Expo for 18 years and witnessed its development in these years. Especially, it has played a very important role in promoting the upgrading of free trade and regional cooperation between China and ASEAN.
Moreover, the Expo has promoted RCEP cooperation in the past two years has further expanded our economic and trade cooperation, which has also played a significant role in regional peace. Thanks to the China-ASEAN Expo such a very excellent platform China's home building materials industry has also obtained yielded fruitful results here. It has not only imported good raw materials from ASEAN, but also imported China's high-quality products into ASEAN region, playing a major role in a platform like the Belt and Road.
Here, I also fully expect that the China-ASEAN Expo will achieve greater success. I wish the 19th China-ASEAN Expo can make fruitful achievements. Thank you!

大家好，我是香港贸易发展局华南首席代表吴文慧。
我已经多次参加东博会，东博会是一个全国期待的盛事，每一年我都看到很多不同的新元素。今年东博会着眼于“共享RCEP新机遇”，突出中国—东盟和RCEP合作的重点和特色。RCEP方便了区域内企业、货物、资金的流动，在国家的“双循环”新经济政策的背景下，将形成非常大的机遇。东博会协助企业从中发掘新商机，推动区域构建新合作。
香港处于粤港澳大湾区的核心区域，无论是与中国内地还是与东盟国家，都保持了密切的经贸往来，有着非常独特的地缘优势和叠加优势，是东盟国家与中国内地之间的重要枢纽。在后疫情时代，我们预计企业将重启一度推迟的拓展计划，跨境贸易和投资活动必然再度活跃。而香港提供的营商环境和服务优势，足以支撑疫情后庞大的贸易流和投资流。
香港贸易发展局作为东博会支持单位，我们将一如既往积极支持东博会，并于展会设立“香港馆”。本届香港馆以“携手共创新篇章”为主题，致力展现香港在国家“十四五”规划下的独特优势，积极成为国内循环的“参与者”和国际循环的“促成者”，香港馆以“面向未来”为设计理念，展示香港作为国际金融，科创、专业服务、贸易中心和海空运枢纽的优势，为内地企业走出去提供一个高效优质的商贸平台，同时让香港更好地把握“一带一路”、粤港澳大湾区建设及RCEP机遇，“以香港所长，服务国家所需”。此外，香港馆还特别增设AR虚拟体验及展示香港设计师的获奖作品，非常欢迎大家前来参观。

Hello, everyone, I am Mandy Ng, the Hong Kong Trade Development Council’s chief representative Southern China.
I have attended the CAEXPO for many times. The CAEXPO is an anticipated event throughout the country. Every year I see a lot of different new elements. This year’s CAEXPO focuses on "Sharing RCEP New Opportunities" and highlights the priorities and characteristics of China-ASEAN and RCEP cooperation. RCEP facilitates the flow of enterprises, goods and capital in the region. In the context of the country’s "double cycle" new economic policy, there will be a very big opportunity. The CAEXPO will help enterprises explore new business opportunities and promote regional cooperation
Located in the core region of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, Hong Kong has maintained close economic and trade exchanges with both the Chinese mainland and ASEAN countries. With unique geographical advantages and superimposed advantages, Hong Kong is an important hub between the Chinese mainland and ASEAN countries. In the post-epidemic era, we expect companies to resume the long-delayed expansion plans and cross-border trade and investment activities will inevitably resume. Hong Kong’s business environment and service advantages are sufficient to support the huge trade and investment flows after the pandemic.
Hong Kong Trade Development Council, as the supporting organization of CAEXPO will continue to support the CAEXPO and set up a "Hong Kong Pavilion" at the exhibition. Under the theme of "Together for a New Chapter", the Hong Kong Pavilion aims to showcase Hong Kong’s unique strengths under the China’s 14th Five-Year Plan and to actively become a "participant" in the domestic cycle and a "facilitator" in the international cycle. With a future-oriented design philosophy, the pavilion will showcase Hong Kong’s strengths as an international financial, scientific and technological innovation, professional services, trade centres and sea and air transport hub. It will help mainland enterprises to go global to provide an efficient and high-quality business platform. At the same time , in order to enable Hong Kong to better seize the opportunities of the Belt and Road Initiative and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the RCEP. We will serve the needs of the country with Hong Kong’s strengths. In addition, the Hong Kong Pavilion also adds AR virtual experience and showcases award-winning works of Hong Kong designers. Everyone is welcome to visit.
