This East-meets-West collaboration is set to bring diners in Beijing an innovative, unexpected dining experience. The event includes a sake cocktail happy hour and dinner on 5 December, and lunch and dinner on 6 and 7 December.
12月,Opera BOMBANA特邀日本米其林厨师及团队,为食客们呈现未曾体验过的美食伊甸。此次与行政主厨Eugenio Iraci,共奏"四手联弹"的,是来自日本的米其林二星主厨Kazuo Takagi高木一雄。

自2010年"摘星"至今,主厨Kazuo Takagi已连续9年拥有"星星",足可见其烹饪技术的稳定、美食理念的与时俱进。他的足以遍布亚洲各地,韩国、新加坡、马来西亚、印度尼西亚、卡塔尔、香港、澳门、台北市,对亚洲地域食材、人文美食理念有着全面认知与理解,在不断的冲撞与融汇间,形成独具一格的日本料理体系。同时,在希尔顿、丽兹卡尔顿、J.W万豪等酒店集团担任主厨或顾问的经历,让他有相当高视野的跨文化饮食理念,让食客们对此次"四手联弹"十足期待。
Chef Kazuo Tagaki has held two Michelin stars since 2010, demonstrating both the timeless nature of his cuisine and his commitment to maintaining exceptional standards. He has visited and worked in South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Qatar, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taipei, to name but a few countries, and incorporates elements of different Asian flavours and cuisines into his cooking. Furthermore, his experience as a food consultant for international hotel groups such as Hilton and JW Marriott has given him a unique understanding of the needs and habits of international diners, making him the perfect chef for this East-meets-West dining experience.
而清酒,则是链接此次东方美食对话西方美食的"大使"。来自日本的世界级认证清酒大师、日本酒学讲师Toshio Ueno上野俊男,将为巅峰盛宴赏味菜单,搭配高级日本清酒。通过浓淡比例,年份长短,原料差异甚至贮存方式多样,最大限度激发食物碰撞。
The complex flavors of this East-meets-West menu will be brought together by sake selected by renowned sake expert Toshio Ueno. Toshio will introduce diners to premium sake of different vintages, regions, and flavour profiles.

作为世界首屈一指的同时获得Master of Sake酒匠、Master Sake Samurai日本酒学讲师和WSET Sake Educator证书的大师,Toshio Ueno上野俊男在葡萄酒、烧酒领域,同样有着渊博丰富的积累与味觉体系,将日本料理与清酒文化介绍到全球,让世界食客认识到两者结合时的美妙。Toshio Ueno上野俊男先生,将全程负责为盛宴搭配酒款。
Toshio is the only person in the world to hold a Master of Sake, Master Sake Samurai, and WSET Sake Educator diploma. He has many years of experience in tasting and serving wine and shochu, and is passionate about introducing Japanese drinking culture to the world.
此次负责"四手联弹"年度盛宴的调酒师,是来自ZEST by Konishi次部曲餐厅的调酒师Jonny Amir。ZEST by Konishi被评为香港2019年最受瞩目新餐厅之一,著名意大利酒吧经理Jonny Amir掌舵,注重鸡尾酒层次与质感,并善于使用多元而可食用的特色配料,以饮品为感官带去不同体验。
The cocktails for this event will be created by Jonny Amir, mixologist at Zest by Konishi in Hong Kong. Named one of Hong Kong's "Restaurants to watch in 2019", Jonny's creative cocktails and with unconventional flavor palette that blends Japanese and French spirits and spices perfectly match ZEST by Konishi's French-Japanese concept.

Jonny Amir曾在意大利多个城市、巴黎及伦敦等多个城市任职,包括著名的"世界最佳50间酒吧"之一的英国Nightjar,此次来到Opera BOMBANA,将贡献其超绝的调酒技术。
Jonny's experience includes eight years at the helm of Puerto Ventura, a cocktail bar in Vicenza, Italy, as well as workshops with prominent industry mentors and peers like Luca Cinalli of "The World's 50 Best" cocktail bar Nightjar in London.
