方放自幼承家传，酷爱书画。1990年毕业于中央工艺美术学院陶瓷设计系（现清华大学美术学院）。书法作品曾获首都大学生书法现场大赛个人优胜奖，日本高野山书道协会奖，中日女流书法大赛佳作奖。获2011年首届石景宜博士杯华夏书画大奖赛优异奖。入选第十届全国书法篆刻大展，全国第二届册页书法作品展，“瘗鹤铭奖”全国书法作品大展，首届、第三届全国妇女书法篆刻作品展，第一、二、三届北京国际书法双年展中国著名女书法家作品邀请展，新加坡中国当代百家妇女书法邀请展，日中女书法家代表作品展，全国著名画家作品联展，“情趣、韵味、意境”中国书画名家作品邀请展，中华人民共和国成立五十周年美术书法展览，第三届中、日、韩美术展、京澳百名书法家挥毫《澳门基本法》书法展、等国内外重大展览。作品及论文发表于《中国书法》、《中国书法学报》、《中国文化报》《北京文艺》、《北京书法》等刊物，出版《黄自元楷书字谱》。另有作品被新加坡书法中心等单位收藏。Fang Fang inherited his family from an early age and loved painting and calligraphy. In 1990, he graduated from the Ceramic Design Department of Central Academy of Art and Design (now Tsinghua University Academy of Fine Arts). The calligraphy works have won the Individual Excellence Award in the Capital University Student Calligraphy Field Competition, the Japan Koyasan Calligraphy Association Award, and the China-Japan Female Stream Calligraphy Competition Excellent Work Award. Won the Merit Award in the 2011 First Dr. Shi Jingyi Cup China Painting and Calligraphy Competition. Selected in the 10th National Exhibition of Calligraphy and Seal Cutting, the 2nd National Album Calligraphy Works Exhibition, "Like Crane Inscription Award" National Calligraphy Works Exhibition, the 1st and 3rd National Women's Calligraphy and Seal Cutting Works Exhibition, the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Beijing International Calligraphy Biennale Invitation Exhibition of Famous Chinese Female Calligraphers, Singapore Invitation Exhibition of 100 Contemporary Chinese Women Calligraphy, Exhibition of Representative Works of Japanese and Chinese Female Calligraphers, Joint Exhibition of Works by Famous National Painters, "Sentiment, Charm and Artistic Conception" Chinese Calligraphy and Calligraphy Master The invitational exhibition of works, the 50th Anniversary of the Founding of the People’s Republic of China Art and Calligraphy Exhibition, the 3rd China, Japan, and Korea Art Exhibition, the "Macao Basic Law" Calligraphy Exhibition of 100 Calligraphers in Beijing and Macau, and other major exhibitions at home and abroad. His works and papers were published in "Chinese Calligraphy", "Journal of Chinese Calligraphy", "Chinese Culture News", "Beijing Literature and Art", "Beijing Calligraphy" and other publications, and published "Huang Ziyuan Regular Script Characters". Other works are collected by Singapore Calligraphy Center and other units.

壬戌之秋，七月既望，苏子与客泛舟游于赤壁之下。清风徐来，水波不兴。举酒属客，诵明月之诗，歌窈窕之章。少焉，月出于东山之上，徘徊于斗牛之间。白露横江，水光接天。纵一苇之所如，凌万顷之茫然。浩浩乎如冯虚御风，而不知其所止；飘飘乎如遗世独立，羽化而登仙。

In the autumn of Renxu, just looking in July, Su Zi and his guests cruised under the red cliff. The breeze came slowly, and the water was not happy. Cite the wine to be a guest, recite the poems of the bright moon, and sing the chapter of slenderness. Shao Yan, the moon is above the Dongshan Mountain, wandering between the bullfights. Bailu Hengjiang, the water shines to the sky. As long as a reed is like, Ling Wanzhen is at a loss. Haohao is like Feng Xu Yufeng, without knowing its end; fluttering like a legacy of independence, eclosing and ascending to immortals.
于是饮酒乐甚，扣舷而歌之。歌曰：“桂棹兮兰桨，击空明兮溯流光。渺渺兮予怀，望美人兮天一方。”客有吹洞箫者，倚歌而和之。其声呜呜然，如怨如慕，如泣如诉，余音袅袅，不绝如缕。舞幽壑之潜蛟，泣孤舟之嫠妇。So drinking is very happy, and sings on the side. 苏子愀然，正襟危坐而问客曰：“何为其然也？”客曰：“月明星稀，乌鹊南飞，此非曹孟德之诗乎？西望夏口，东望武昌，山川相缪，郁乎苍苍，此非孟德之困于周郎者乎？方其破荆州，下江陵，顺流而东也，舳舻千里，旌旗蔽空，酾酒临江，横槊赋诗，固一世之雄也，而今安在哉？况吾与子渔樵于江渚之上，侣鱼虾而友麋鹿，驾一叶之扁舟，举匏樽以相属。寄蜉蝣于天地，渺沧海之一粟。哀吾生之须臾，羡长江之无穷。挟飞仙以遨游，抱明月而长终。知不可乎骤得，托遗响于悲风。”Su Zi was stunned, sitting in danger, and asked the guest: "Why is it so?" I and my son are fishing on the Jiangzhu, and they are friends with the elk, driving a flat boat with a leaf, and lifting a bottle to belong to each other. The mayfly is in the sky and the sea. A millet. I mourn the moment of my life, and envy the infinity of the Yangtze River. With flying immortals to travel, and the moon to end, I know it is impossible to get it suddenly, and I trust it to resound in the wind of sorrow."
苏子曰：“客亦知夫水与月乎？逝者如斯，而未尝往也；盈虚者如彼，而卒莫消长也。盖将自其变者而观之，则天地曾不能以一瞬；自其不变者而观之，则物与我皆无尽也，而又何羡乎!且夫天地之间，物各有主,苟非吾之所有，虽一毫而莫取。惟江上之清风，与山间之明月，耳得之而为声，目遇之而成色，取之无禁，用之不竭，是造物者之无尽藏也，而吾与子之所共适。”Su Zi said: "The guest also knows the water and the moon? The deceased is like this, but not the past; the person who is full of emptiness is like the other, and the death does not grow. For a moment; when you look at it from the unchanging, the things and me are endless, and how envious! And between the world, the things have their own owners, and I don’t own them, although I don’t have a single bit of it. Only on the river The breeze and the bright moon in the mountains, the ears make sounds, the sights make them beautiful, there is no forbidden to take them, and they are inexhaustible. They are the inexhaustible possession of the creator, and we and the sons share the same."
客喜而笑，洗盏更酌。肴核既尽，杯盘狼籍。相与枕藉乎舟中，不知东方之既白。The guest is happy and laughs, and it is more discretionary to wash the cup. The core of the meal is exhausted, and the cups and plates are awful. The phase and the pillow are in the boat, I don't know the whiteness of the east.
